  Bistro-style short ribs and roasted garlic steak fries

  A well-deserved meal after a loooooong bike ride.  We paired it with Los Ailos Syrah Malbec Valle de Tulum 2007 - an Argentinian wine made of 60% Syrah and 40% Malbec.

  I’m going to study a little bit this evening and then probably call it an early night.
