Hi. I'm Matt. This has been a place of regurgitation and frivolity (don't fret, it will continue to be) but, with any luck and a titch of effort, it will also become a place where I think, document and be more me than it has been previously. Run on sentence much?

• Let me preface this entire spaz by establishing two things:

  1. I’ve ALWAYS found Jay Leno to be douche.
  2. I kinda-don’t-mind his “Jay’s Garage” segments that are posted on the interwebs; mainly because I love cars.

  NOW. It has come to pass that Jay Leno as pulled strings and thrown around clout to return to his regularly scheduled program of programming. Tis life. Shit happens. I don’t watch Conan, but I far prefer him to Leno.

  That being said, someone willing to pull strings and piss off a LARGE amount of people isn’t necessarily going to care that he in fact DID piss off those people… however, you’d assume that someone in his camp would advise him to forgo buying a 2.25 million dollar car post-eclipsing Conan and crew into joblessness.

  Leno used to be a douche because he had a comedy show and he wasn’t (isn’t) funny. Now he’s a douche because after putting a lot of people out of a job, he console’s himself with a 2.25 million dollar car that, aside from being featured on Top Gear and for the sake of science, should NOT exist! “Hey guys, how about I go drive my car that goes 250mph in downtown LA traffic!” What a dip-shit. That’s flat out insulting… to the world really. Anyway… that’s all.

  Sidenote: All that being said, he probably paid for this a year or more ago since the waiting list for this vehicle is about 2 years. SO… whatever… he’s still a douche.
